I have shifted my reasoning for exercise.
It used to be a chase.

I was always wanting to change my body. I wanted to look a way that was based on society’s standards and seasonal trends.

How small-minded of me to not thank my body for what it does for me, just by living.

The only time I know peace is when I am moving my body.

Pushing my muscles to be stronger. Stretching my limbs to their extent.

In those moments, my mind is purely connected to my body.

Our bodies know no bounds.

Stretch. Dance. Run. Skip. Move.

Why would we be created with the ability if it weren’t meant to be used?

Years ahead, you won’t move like you can today.

In this moment, you are the youngest you will ever be.

Cherish it.

Rejoice.

Soak in the movement.
